My Problem
The battery on my phone basically turned into a grumpy old man that hates life. All it wanted to do was sit at home and do nothing but be on his charger. When he did go out, he would only be out for maybe two hours before he go tired and went to sleep.
My Fix
The repair was pretty straight forward. It was nice to have the tools. Getting the original battery off was a little difficult due to the adhesive. Had a wee bit of trouble trying to figure out how the little grounding plate was supposed to be positioned. But overall the repair was pretty easy peasy. I have noticed that my phone will now randomly shut itself off when I still have about 35% battery life. It will say it needs to be charged, and when I put it on to charge it immediately starts up. So that's a bit annoying.
My Advice
Keep an eye out for the little copper grounding plate when you unhook the battery wire. Also, remember to pack an extra pair of socks when you go camping.
