The screen was completely shattered
My Fix
It was easy to repair in comparison to previous apple models. Took about 30 minutes.
My Advice
If you want to be able to do it in 5-10 minutes purchase the piece that has all parts already intigrated to the lcd display. (Front camera, mic, home button etc)
