My Problem
Both my 4s and my brother's 5 were needing the battery swap.
My Fix
For both phones, the process was relatively easy, though I recommend not drinking two cups of coffee on an empty stomach right beforehand--shaky hands much? We both used the online guides, which made the procedure simple to follow.
My Advice
If you're not ready or willing to throw down stupid amounts of money on a new (or even used) phone just because your battery is no good, then this is the way to go.
