My Problem
The original disk was very slow so decided to install SSD.
My Fix
Repair went smoothly, thanx to the iFixit repair guides and repair tools. Opened the iMac in 30 minutes, i was doing it slowly to not make any irreparable mistake. than changed the disk in 10 minutes. And it works like a charm now. Adhesive strips are very easy to replace, they are all labelled and you know where to place them easily.
My Advice
My advice is to be very careful to put the screen in the right position when putting it back on. Make sure to align it it bottom housing very good, i missed a millimetre or two so the screen is not in perfect position as it was when new. When you put the screen back there is no way to open the imac again without damaging the strips. Luckily its very hard to see the mistake, but anyway. Good luck :)
