My Problem
The screen was about to go FUBAR.
My Fix
Ordered the White display assembly for my Space Grey model. Took around an hour or two to change the screen. First time doing it, but the instructions were straight forward. If you follow the guide step by step you shouldn't have any issues. Plus everything from the front facing camera to the Touch ID are fully functional.
My Advice
If you have a White/Gold iPhone model, maybe try the Space Grey display assembly. Vice versa for the Space Grey model.
If anything do this job in an area which provides you adequate working space. I repaired my phone in a coffee shop, so the risk of pieces disappearing were quite high.
