My Problem
Ear speaker waas broken, touch screen was SOOO cracked, power button broke
My Fix
The screen cable broke when i pulled it out of the bag. iFixit sent me a replacement. Otherwise everything went just fine.
My Advice
Dont remove the power button if you don't need to replace it. The button is likely to NOT work anymore if you remove it. There's a little black plastic pin between the metal button and the clicking part of the button that goes away if you unscrew it. I tried to glue it back in place but that didn't work.
