It went well in the end, but a little nerve racking

My Problem

The harddrive was busted on the iMac. It needed replacing, and seemed like an easy enough task to replace it.

My Fix

It went well, glad to say. Everything was pretty easy, the spudger did come in handy more than a few times.

My Advice

The one hang up I have is with the display cord. The one with the black tab that is really fragile. I spent a good hour trying to slide it back in and the little clip was just preventing from getting it back in there. I had to take off the clip, then insert the plug, then put on the clip, all within a 5 inch space between the monitor and logic board. Stressful to say the least.
