I do not have a problem right now , but when I do I will be able to fix it with the tools you sent, that way I will not be fooled into anyone at a sales center into telling me I need a new phone. I will let you know as soon as I do use my kit ..Thank you very much

i have not used mine yet . But keep it in the Box your phone came in so when you do need to use you will kinow right were it is at
