In January 2011, Verizon Wireless announced that it had reached an agreement with Apple and would begin selling the CDMA version of the iPhone 4 (A1349), ending Apple’s exclusive agreement with AT&T. This version of the phone supports personal hotspot and has a battery life up to 7 hours of talk time (3G) on one charge.
