My Problem

screen broken and rear case with too much miles.

The on/off button doesn't work and there was no volume up/down button

Oh! And the battery was almost dead :)

It was fast and much easier this time, maybe 40 minutes. But I had been in this iPhone several times before.

Be careful pulling off inside screen protection plastic, mine started to pull off the standoff also. Just push it back down and don't touch the ins . . .
