Why won't my washer agitate or drain completely?
The washer still cycles but it doesn't agitate at all, and when the clothes are done, you have to wring them out, especially the ones at the bottom of the washer.

Daniel Stillson it is entirely possible that you have trouble with the motor coupling. The motor coupling connects the motor to the washer transmission. The motor coupling can also fail due to normal wear. Inspect the motor coupling to determine if it is broken. If the motor coupling is broken, replace it. Post some images of your motor and transmission with your question. For that use this guide so we can see what you see. Also, give us the exact model number of your washer for the possibility of some more detailed answers.
