    • The two front screws are very long.

    • The two in the back are slightly shorter.

    • On models with a second heater for the steam, it is not so easy to reach the two rear screws. It may help to loosen the two screws on the left and right of the metal support of the heater assembly and push the entire assembly away a little. The connections do not need to be loosened.
