Over a decade of current experience handling Windows computer issues, operating system and hardware, by phone, email and in person. I've successfully repaired over 500 computers so far in my position at a help-desk who offers 'hands-on' repair [e.g. primarily disinfecting, o.s. corruptions and upgrades to newer o.s.].
My priority is to educate my customers to better enable them to minimize the amount of downtime they experience due to computer problems.
