iBook g4 charging problem with fairly new battery

Ok so I've been having problems charging my ibook g4 12 1.33ghz 10.5 for a while now first I bought a battery didn't work reset pram it would charge for about 5 min then would stop. Now I have changed out the dc board I bought from Ifixit and it charged to 56% and all of a sudden it went to zero and won't charge anymore please need help running out of options.

Some Chinese batteries have been known to fail right out of the box. Contact your vendor.
