Attach camera to microscope

I am using an Amscope microscope for soldering. I would like to attach a Nikon Z mount camera to it. What solutions have worked for folks? Thank you!

Update (09/03/26)

The microscope is an Amscope SM-4T

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

You'll need a 30mm tube that fits into the microscope camera port with the needed mount. I got my microscope with the video camera with a C mount.. Contact Amscope for the needed tube or try Edmond Scientific

Thank you Dan. I will have a look at Edmond. There is also a place called Microscope World that may have a solution. The ID of the port is 23mm with an OD of 25mm. You have headed me in the right direction and I will make some phone calls.

@b53evans - Why are you using the eyepiece not the third camera port? I haven't seen the need to use the eyepiece when you have a binocular microscope. Doesn't this model offer it? The lookup I did implied it did.

DanJ, you are correct. The measurements above are the camera port. I believe I have found a solution that will attach to the Z8 lens attachment ring and then drop into the camera port (https://www.microscopeworld.com/microsco...). I will order it and update this thread. Thanks for the push toward a solution.
