Hi i have A1237 model 1.6 Ghz 2GB Ram onboard logic board. I would like to upgrade it to any model that is possible. I prefer new models like i5 processor.

You'd be much better off to sell this laptop and put that money plus the ~$500.00 a replacement logic board will cost into the purchase of a new MacBook Air. IMHO the small gain in processor speed & RAM you'd get from the boards that are exchangeable would be, to all intents and purposes, infinitesimal.
