my mobile has lost all the data from the phone memory and showing a message not enough memory when i run any app like radio. all the ring tone, themes,wallpaper every thing is lost.
memory status showing 20 MB.
kindly help me solve this issue.

The First Thing You must remember: Stop transferring immediately and don't put any new data into the card. Just keep it in the place of its own, because lost data will be overwrite by the new files, which will decrease the rate of mobile phone data recovery.
