After Disck Verfy Still HD With "Errors", suggestions?

I have the following problem with my iMac. After a while of having the computer off (have also laptop), I decided to go and get something of the apple desktop, and it did not start. I was unable for a while to get it going. I get the white screen with the Apple logo and the spinning wheel but nothing else. I decided to try a few things: safe mode, using the prompt, nothing.... so, I installed the disk utility and it came up, I start to do a new install... but it kept quitting because of errors... I went to do a verify and repair, but the repair did not work either. I then did an erase. The erase worked since from having the partition named "Machintosh HD" to "Untitled". I did a new verify and I get this message: "VOLUME HEADER NEEDS MINOR REPAIR. THE VOLUME UNTITLED WAS FOUND CORRUPTED AND NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED."

My problem is that after doing again a verify and repair, I get the same message. The hard drive is a Samsung HD502 HJ Media with 500.11GB capacity.

Does anyone have a solution for this? Do I have to get a new hard drive?

Thank you at least for reading this and if you have some suggestions, please... let me know

Reformate the drive using the "write zeros" option. This will map out any bad blocks and may allow you to use the drive. This drive is an Apple priority firmware drive and cannot be replaced with a standard drive because of the heat sensors on it. These drives can now be found at reasonable prices. The one that will work for you are:

661-5516 500 GB

661-5517 1 TB

661-5518 2 TB

So, you are saying that there is no possible solution in order to preserve the HD? That would pretty bad especially considering that I have not use the computer that much. Would you happen to know what might have been problem?

Do you have a suggestion about what type of HD would be the best to get for this computer? meaning brand? If I have to get a new one, I would not get something more than 500GB.

Thank you for your response and help
