Whenever I open my laptop, the bios is displayed in it. And it does not turn off even after resetting the BIOS, it does not go away from the BIOS screen, what could be the fault in the laptop?

If your laptop is booting into BIOS mode that usually means its not recognizing the boot format or boot media. this could also be a setting you have turned on if your not experiencing any other issues.

@riteshpasw96249 that just means that your computer is not liking some of the settings in the BIOS. For now, I would suggest you replace the BIOS battery and then recheck all the settings.
To work on your computer, use the Lenovo Thinkpad T450 Hardware Maintenance Manual. Page 83 of this shows you how to replace the battery.
