iMac does not power up

Hello, i have a mid 2010 21.5 imac that refuses to power up. The #1 diag led is on but as soon as i press the power button the led turns off and does not come back on unless i unplug the imac from the wall. No other led light up at any point.

Do you think this is a bad PSU or logic board?

Hello, i replaced the psu but the leds still act as before. I tried disconnecting all non essential components and that did not help. I am guessing this is a logic board error.
