Broken HDD thermal sensor

I ordered the HDD replacement kit to replace a defective HDD in my Mac Mini 2010 server. Unfortunately I damaged one of the thermal sensors on the HDD. I've done some research and found the part #, 076-1369. Would you guys have that part along with the adhesive to secure it to the HDD? Thanks in advance.
