How to reattach the battery connector

Do you have instructions how to reattach the battery connector to the board?

Can you post a few pictures so we can see the connector and where it came from if you pulled it off.

Depending on what we see we can advise you how to connect things back.

Hello! I believe it is a simple pop in/out. Refer to this guide for more info: Magic Keyboard Teardown

The connector looks like it would slide on, but to reattach it, one needs to gently press it.

@chris27552 - Yes, the plug part of the battery cable plugs into a socket on the logic board. But it sounds like you lifted the logic board socket part off from the logic board so you just have a bare board.

That's why I has asked for pictures so we could see the damage both the mating side of what the connector has (socket) and the logic board where the socket was mounted to see how it can be re-attached.
