Did I damage ribbon while trying to remove gluey loudspeaker

I dropped my S21 5G a month ago and found out that my charger daughter board did not work anymore. Everything else was fine about my phone.

This is my first major repair, and while I was trying to follow the steps. I figured that the refurbished shop I got my phone at, used a *** ton of glue. And now I can't easily remove the loudspeaker. In every video and the tutorial on this website it seemed really easy.

Now I see that I at some point poked a bit into the battery with my plastic tool, and also scratched a bit of the ribbon cable. Should I buy a new ribbon cable and some isopropanol alcohol? Im really scared im going to break something, but I think im really close to fixing my phone again haha.

Thanks for the help in advance!

You must be careful with portable electronics. Phones, laptops, Nintendo switch, all of these things are incredibly fragile on the inside. While it doesn't look too bad in the photo, it's impossible to say whether or not this has been damaged. I can only urge you to continue trying to repair it, while being mindful of the components.

Not yet.

I mean, it's handy.. so.. why not?

Listen, you may break it. You may make it worse, but it's already broken, and you might fix it. When you go in to fix something, remember that it is already broken and broken things get replaced. If you can't fix it, nothing changes in that respect: it gets replaced. If you do fix it, you will feel like a wizard.

The cable itself is fairly cheap, so why not?

If your that scared i recommend asking a pro to check under the microscope if any traces has been cut
