2/3 Screen Repairs Need New Back Due To Dents?

I've just started offering iPod Touch 4G Repairs and i've had 3 in so far.

What is troubling me is that 2 of the 3 have had the corners dented very minimally, however when it comes to fitting the new screen in place these dents prevent it happening.

It seems even if the corner is ever so slightly out of shape then the screen will not sit in the frame properly.

Is this common with the touch 4g?

I use a dental tool with a steel ball on the end to try to burnish the metal. I also use half of a good wooden chop stick with a rounded end and a small jewelers hammer to pound it out from the inside.

The same thing happend to me. The only way to do this is to replace the metal frame that hold the screen
