My ps4 does not switch on.
When i turn it on it makes a beep sound and then it doesn't respond any further

Hi!
So, does your PS4 Slim only shows to blue light and won't load any further?
If so, then your APU is most likely done.
Replacing the APU and reball it is the best way to go. But this won't be easy. You need some serious soldering skills and equipment.
You can try a reflow first and see how that goes!
Guide: Yellow Light of Death Repair - iFixit Repair Guide (I know it's for PS3, but just to give you the idea).
Otherwise it's for the best to bring it to a local repair shop to let them fix it for you.

Don't forget to put flux around all 4 sides of the cpu. It will flow under the cpu helping the solder to reflow.
