replaced screen and no charge or signal or music

I replaced mt iphones screen and put everything back together. when I did the battery overheated and I took it out and took it back apart to see what I did wrong.

so I put it back together and it wont turn on without being plugged in. also it will not play music or connect to wifi of find my phone service.

I dont see what I'm doing wrong

This looks like your iphone's battery is not working now. Change the battery it will work perfectly. Remove the battery from the iphone and plug the charger in then check. if now also doing same as with battery then confirmed is battery is not working. with battery inside when you plug the charger in then after powering up battery on the screen show fullly charged at same percentage . if yes then just change the battery
