8bitdo Ultimate controller cannot be taken out

A few months ago, my left analogue stick ripped in 2 and8bitdo support got back a little too late, so I added superglue. THey sent me replacement sticks for me to replace the broken one with, but now I can't take the broken one. It's completely stuck. What do I do now?

Using heat is probably the best thing to get it out.

Be very carefull before doing this!

If possible, please sent some photos to use, so we can check as well!
