Washer says sensing and then washing complete

I have a MVW7230HCO, the display says sensing the after a couple minutes it drains and says washing complete but it didn't fill with water.

Replaced the control panel, main motherboard and water fill valves and still get the same result

Here's the tech sheet for the washer that may help.

Enter the service mode and run the diagnostic test and check if any error codes are being shown that may help to know what's happening.

If there are any error codes go to p.8→p.10 to find the code and the possible cause.

If you find the problem and it's a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful. Locate the wanted part in the list and note the part number that is shown for it. search online for the part number only,to find suppliers that suit you best.

if you search on YouTube for (insert wanted part number) replacement, sometimes if you're lucky you'll find videos showing how to replace the part.
