I searched a ton of website for an OEM iPhone 4S white LCD replace front and i read a lot of reviews about that the color of the front part was little bit darker, or just wasn't the same color as the OEM was. So the one that i can buy here for $129 is the same color or not?

More than likely there is no difference. There are only a few manufacturer's of the screens and no matter what there will likely be a slight color difference. OEM is just something that alot of sellers will put on their site as a way to attract more buyer's to pay higher prices and in all reality they are the same quality as many others. I have been doing iPhone repairs for years and haven't noticed a difference between the $100 screen and the $30 screen. Go with the cheaper one.
