The screen flashes white when charging and wont turn on
When charging the apple watch it shows a white screen in periodic intervals. Sometimes it flashes the apple logo but it wont turn on

Congrats, you have a bomb in your house. Put the watch in a jar and get it recycled. Or if you don't want your precious 10 year old dinosaur being recycled, replace the battery. Just be warned, it may explode.
Or it could just be faulty motherboard idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
