So we can get you to the correct guides, please give us the last three figures of your serial number. What I think this may be is a moth. Our part of the country has been infested with them this year like I've never seen before. According to which machine you have, I'd like you to open it and see if you have any shorted wires in the area of just a bug in your machine ;-)
