System Software Issue Problem

I have a PS4 slim and one day it just said that the system cannot access the storage, I replaced the hdd and it worked for a bit but then started back doing the same thing, what can I do to fix this issue?

Hi!

Well, try to reinstall the software first. If this failed, maybe the other HDD is broken as well.

Try replacing it for an SSD and reinstall the software completely.

Does that work?

It's most of the time HDD related. So it's probably the HDD again.
