The touch screen in the phone is not a separate component. It is integrated with the LCD screen i.e. one complete assembly.
If the touchscreen is faulty then the display assembly needs to be replaced.
Here's a video that shows how to replace the display assembly.
Search online for honor 10 display assembly to find suppliers that suit you best.
