@chmissomenouar back up all of your files, SMS, Music, images and contacts etc. Then either clear app cache and data, or perform a hard reset which erases all data and restores your phone to factory settings.
You will need the original email address and password that was used when you setup the phone for the first time. Otherwise you will not have access (well with some tricks) to your phone.
