Why is my laptop`s power button on with no screen on?

I woke up to try and turn on my pc but the power button is on with no flickering but the screen isn`t.It remains black.What should I do to fix this?

Options

you could disconnect the cmos and battery and reconnect it after about 10-15 seconds
