Wifi not working but celluar is fine

Hi guys, I have an iphone 13 but there's a problem with wifi and bluetooth, I found on the forum that it's a problem with the motherboard. Why is it not the antenna? If it was a chip on the motherboard it wouldn't even be founging mobile data or?

Because WiFi/BT and cellular are on different chips, broken WiFi chip does not affect cellular.
