My joystick 🕹 not connected with the console

My joystick is not connect with the console I tried all steps I cleaned the connector, I reset the remote, I tried the joystick on other ps4 console and its working I need ur help

What do you mean 'joystick'?

Is this the official 'DualShock' controller or a third party one?

Does the controller have wireless work before?

PS4 controllers are usually wireless, so if you can't pair via USB that could be a broken port.
