I can't factory reset my device
It says ( action not allowed, contact your organisation's IT Administrator) i have an app in device admin apps called (mdmfixtool) i can't deactivate it.

You contact the organization’s IT.
Samsung’s MDM implementation is pretty solid, you can fully wipe the settings locally but during reactivation it will get locked again.

Please how can I contact them. I have no idea.
My device is form the US and I live in North Africa
@yassineljanaty Those devices were not properly decommissioned or probably are just stolen from the company, you contact the original company that owned them and ask if removing them is possible.
where did you get the phone, how did it make its way from the us to africa ?
