My phone won't charge or turn on

It has been some days that my iPhone charger stopped working good, it started to stop charging and i had to plug and unplug it for it to work, yesterday my phone died before turning home and when i arrived i plugged the iPhone, it showed the battery charging logo that shows when the iphone is charging but this morning the iphone didnt work and the logo didnt appear, so i disassembled it, and disconnected and connected the battery, the logo shows for aprox 1-2 seconds and i need to disconnect and connect it again to it to show again, i have left it charging for some time but no results
