PS4 controller constantly flashes orange unplugged

PS4 controller constantly flashes orange when unplugged the battery died and I changed it but the issue remained I also changed the USB port but the issue remained also

Hi!

Did you also replaced the ribbon cable (USB board to > motherboard)? Are you sure that the ribbon cable is connected properly?

Otherwise you do need to check the motherboard. It's probably motherboard related if the above didn't solved it.
