Why is my radio audio being in and out?

I have a factory installed SiriusXm AM/FM CD Player in my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan.Any function I try including AUX input plays audio for a few seconds then stops and repeats.A few people suggested it was a "Bad Head"..Can you help me?
