Stuck on Safe mode

My samsung fold 4 is stuck on safe mode. I have tried everything that Samsung recommended , still stuck on safe mode. Purchased phone on Ebay . 481.00 Dollars . Other than that the phone is in perfect pristine condition . 1 TB of storage . Help . Please
