Maytag loses power during cycle

Model: MDB7749AWB1

Symptom: Maytag, loses power during it's cycle. After 20 - 30 seconds power comes back on and the Start/Resume light is flashing.

Troubleshooting:
Replaced Control Panel
Replaced Control Board
Replaced Control Board Thermistor
Cleared filter of debris
Checked continuity with tub Thermistor and multimeter
Checked continuity with Heating Element and multimeter
Ran Diagnostic pressing Heated Dry + Normal + Heated Dry + Normal with no apparent trouble detected for each interval

Control Panel was replaced due to no power, this fixed it for at least 1-2 years. Next it lost power again checked the Control Board Thermistor and found no continuity, replaced and restored power. Dishwasher began exhibiting symptom described and replaced the Control Board with no change in symptom.

Checked drain, ran diagnostic, tested heating element continuity and tub thermistor continuity. If there are any other suggestions I'm open. Thank you for your attention.

Ok, I'm partly at fault and owning up to my terrible diagnostic observation. I ran the diagnostic sequence again and there were many faults identified. I expected the diagnostic to stop or have a better indicator if a fault was identified. Instead I had to pay attention to which interval the dishwasher was on and note when the "clean" light was on. It wasn't on except for the Thermistor check.

According to the diagnostic I could have a flow meter and an OWI problem. Anyway, I'll continue with my repair journey.
