Camera not working after R&R SSD
I replaced the HDD with SSD on late 2012 21.5" iMac using the iFixit kit. Everything works fine except the camera is not working. Any ideas on troubleshooting?

As the camera is close to the edge of the display could you have damaged it as you where trying to remove the display? Reference this guide for the correct tools and technique too remove iMac Intel 21.5" EMC 2544 Display Replacement
