What is this silver film/ sticker on the inside of rear glass?

I posted a picture. I'm wanting to know what the silver sticker/film is called that is on the inside of the rear glass on my galaxy S10+. What is it for? What does it do? Is it important? Do I need to transfer it over to the new rear glass when replacing? Thank you in advance!
