Whatsapp sees my phone as lost or stolen

Have a nice day. For 2 months, the WhatsApp application has not allowed me to reinstall WhatsApp because it considers my phone as lost or stolen.

However, my phone is neither lost nor stolen. I didn't understand the reason for this, and I didn't understand why this problem couldn't be solved.

I can set up WhatsApp with my own phone number on another phone, but it cannot be set up on my phone. Can you suggest your solutions, thank you( my telephone is Samsung Galaxy S8).
