display a moto g4 plus on my computer while usb debugging turned off

hey techs, i have a motorola g4 plus like around 5/6 years but i wanted to use it but the display is broken but i cant display phone on my computer because it needs usb debugging turned on, if you can help it ill be greatful for that.
