My phone has a Wi-Fi signal, but I can't connect to the mobile network

iPhone 7 Plus:
Could someone help me or tell me what it could be? I think that if I change the entire mobile antenna module it could be solved, what do you think?

Try resetting the network settings.

Options

WiFi signal is not relevant to cellular network.

Check in your system settings to see if phone IMEI still shows up.
