Did you mean where to find a replacement battery cover?

If so, search online for either GH97-22941A (black cover) or GH61-14217D (gold cover) to find suppliers that suit you best.

If you meant how to replace the cover back onto the watch, here's the ifixit Samsung Watch Active Battery Replacement guide that may help.
