The dishwasher wasn’t getting hot

Help! I’m renting and noticed that the dishwasher wasn’t getting hot. After some too and fro about a heat pump and a failed repair the letting agency opted to buy a new dishwasher. With a brand new dishwasher I’m getting the same issue.

Annoyingly my wife had an engineer come out and he said it was running absolutely fine. Wife even said she saw steam coming out when they checked mid cycle. Apparently this was just on eco cycle too.

I’ve since tried numerous times and numerous cycles and every time the water is stone cold.

What am I missing….!? Brand new machine.

Is there a fault that could be popping up somewhere? Possibly on the mains connection?
